Over the course of four days, Chef Hana masterfully curated an exquisite menu of seasonal, locally sourced dishes for our group of 12. Her talents extended across breakfast, brunch, and dinner, with each meal meticulously prepared to perfection and presented with remarkable elegance. Hana was incredible in collaborating with me to tailor a menu that perfectly aligned with the "vibes" I wanted to create for the weekend. Her thoughtful approach was complemented by specialty cocktails that matched perfectly with the menus. The elegance and attention to detail exhibited in every aspect of the dining experience was truly remarkable. And, the combination of high-quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and exceptional service helped the make the weekend quite memorable. I cannot recommend Chef Hana and her team highly enough! Hana is amazing! Her culinary expertise showed through the meal. She was so kind and responsive and served the ten of us a gorgeous dinner. I cannot wait to have her come again. Not only was wine country beautiful but the experience was everything we could have asked for, Hana and her staff served us with style and ease and we enjoyed talking with them about what they were doing. I even learned some new tricks for my own cooking, Hana is responsive and organized. We will definitely be enjoying her meals in the future.

We had an unforgettable experience with Hana and her team for our private Chef tasting event in Bodega bay. Every dish she put in front of us was absolutely delectible, and her prices are formidable. I'd hire Hana again in a heart beat. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her and I wish her all the best.

Hana and her crew created an amazing menu and experience for our group of 10. She was easy to communicate with ahead of time during our planning. On the day of the dinner the group arrived on time and swiftly got to work. Given we were in a vacation rental home I was stunned with how easily they adapted to the kitchen and environment and transformed the dining room! The main menu included a green salad, beef bourguignon with mashed potatoes, savory bread pudding (brioche, onions, short ribs, and greens) and fig and olive chicken. She easily accommodated dietary restrictions. Hands down one of the best salads I've eaten in my life and I've been a dedicated salad eater for years. Hana was even so kind to share some of her salad making tips with me! The rest of the items were just as memorable - perfectly cooked, unique, thoughtful. The ladies packaged up the leftovers for us to enjoy and we all loved the meal so much we ended up canceling our dinner reservation for the following evening.

I hired Hana for a private dinner for 8 at our home. The special event was for my husband's 70th birthday. Hana emailed me a winter menu I could arrange myself. She arrived on-time with her assistant Laura. They took over and set a beautiful table and began preparing an outstanding meal. Each Hors D'oeuves was over the top! We ended up with 5 course dinner that could not have been more perfect. The combination of each flavor was outstanding. As we finished dessert I walked into the kitchen to find it cleaner then when they arrived! I give her a 10 STAR rating.

We first met Chef Hana when she catered a birthday dinner at a rental home in Healdsburg a couple of years ago. We were all so impressed by her mouthwatering, seasonal menu choices (e.g., "What They Eat in Heaven" - Homemade pasta, cream of mushroom ragu, pancetta, burrata, parsley oil) and the creativity she puts into pairing the highest quality, farm-to-table ingredients together. Plus presentation is stunning (Instagram-worthy!), see a few of the photos from our multi-course dinner. Since then, we've used Chef Hana to cater a couple of special dinners here in the Bay Area at our home (it's good to know she's willing to travel, since we're not in Sonoma County - we live in San Mateo County). There's nothing like hosting a special dinner *in your own home* and the ability to pair your best wines with her creations. Plus, Chef Hana and her assistant left the kitchen spotless so no waking up to dishes and a mess in the morning. By the way, she was also able to accommodate our needs (gluten-free, no canola oil) so that everyone was happy. I also appreciate her professionalism in everything she does - she's an excellent communicator and very responsive as we were planning our every detail for our dinner parties. Hana's food is in line with a Michelin rated restaurant. We couldn't believe the mix of flavors and high end ingredients. The amount of food prepared was also jaw-dropping. She has a laid back friendly personality with meticulous culinary expertise. I highly recommend her!!!

Fantastic food and fantastic service from a fantastic chef! Hana and her team cooked and served a super special birthday dinner to our family of 8 at our rental house. Everything was incredible from the appetizers to the main course to dessert. The menu was different and delightful. The food preparation was executed perfectly and the service was impeccable. High quality, seasonal, local ingredients, gorgeous plating, drool-worthy flavors! Plus, Hana was SO easy to communicate with in terms of planning. She made everything a breeze. We will all be dreaming of the delicious dinner she served us for a long time to come!!!

Amazing meal from an amazing chef! Hana was able to accommodate a vegetarian party with some of the most delicious food. Such high ingredients and really great communication. I highly recommend. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and Hana and her assistant brought and did everything to Dillon Beach where we were staying. The menu included bites, app, soup, main course, and dessert. So stuffed and so good!!!
